7. Premium Features and Subscription
7.1 Subscription Status
- We store your subscription status to unlock Premium features within the App. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store depending on your platform — we never receive or store your payment card information.
7.2 Collaborate (Todo Sharing)
- When you use the Collaborate feature, we collect and store the email addresses of the users you invite in order to grant them access to your shared lists. All shared list data, including task content, is stored on our servers and is accessible to every collaborator you have invited.
- You may revoke collaborator access to any shared list at any time from within the App.
7.3 Reminders
- To deliver task reminders, the App requires notification permissions on your device. Reminder schedules and task-specific notification settings are stored on our servers so they sync across your devices.
7.4 Analytics
- The Analytics feature processes your task completion data and usage patterns to generate personal productivity insights. This data is associated with your account and stored securely on our servers. We do not sell your analytics data to third parties.
7.5 Focus Timer
- Focus session history — including session durations and counts — is stored on our servers and linked to your account in order to display your productivity streaks and cumulative statistics.
8. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
This section applies only when you download or use the My Day app (the "App") from the Apple App Store. In the event of any conflict between this section and the rest of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, this section governs with respect to the App Store version of the App.
8.1 Acknowledgement
- You and we acknowledge that our Terms of Use are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and that we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
8.2 Scope of License
- The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
8.3 Maintenance and Support
- We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
8.4 Warranty
- We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
8.5 Product Claims
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of the HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks.
8.6 Intellectual Property Rights
- In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
8.7 Legal Compliance
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8.8 Developer Name and Address

8.9 Third Party Terms of Agreement
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
